Rare Purple Passion Agate pendant

This is a unique and one-of-a-kind slice of purple passion agate. I purchased it from a lapidary artist who cut it to bring out its vibrant colors. I used a simple wrap of sterling silver square wire. I wanted to add a little bit of elegance to the bail, but not be so busy that it distracts from the stone. There will never be another naturally formed piece like this one of a kind! 
Purple Passion is found in the Chihuahua Mexico region. Purple passion agate wide array of colors ranging from soft pink to lavender to deep dark purple and flowering patterns that largely resemble Agua Nueva agate.
